Yoga & Meditation

When I feel overwhelmed, one thing that makes me feel better is focusing on my breath. I make sure I am in a quiet place, usually my room because its where I feel safe. With my candles lit, I shut my eyes and breathe for around fifteen minutes. After that, I also try to do a little bit of yoga since it great for health. Minutes after, I feel fresh. I also started to take yoga classes in the beginning of 2022 at Virgin Active. Ive learned that every time I'm under stress, it is best for me to take a time out to focus on my breath work and my body.
